Your recurring costs depend entirely on the solution you choose:

• Custom Static & Single-Page: Your only recurring cost is your standard annual domain fee (usually around $10 to $20 a year), which you pay directly to your domain registrar. Hosting is 100% free.
• Squarespace: You pay Squarespace's standard platform subscription fee directly to them (monthly or annually), plus your standard domain fee. There are never any hosting markups from our agency.

No, we do not offer e-commerce or online shop development. Our workflow and systems are engineered specifically for service-based businesses, contractors, clinics, and consultants who need high-converting informational sites, portfolios, and local lead generation. By focusing 100% on service-based websites, we can guarantee extreme speed, security, and tailored copywriting that turns visitors into clients. If you need a retail shop with shopping carts, shipping calculators, and inventory management, our packages are not the right fit.

Your experience with future updates depends entirely on the framework you choose:

• With Squarespace: Yes. You get their full, industry-standard visual drag-and-drop editor to change layouts, add pages, or manage a blog yourself.
• With our Custom Static Builds: No, and this is by design. To guarantee $0/month hosting, maximum security, and absolute structural stability, we strip away all heavy database software and dashboards. The site is 100% locked down so you never have to worry about breaking the design.

Once we hand over the keys on launch day, you own 100% of your website. If you are on a Custom Static Build and your business details change down the road, you can hire us at our standard hourly rate to push the changes to the code, or you can take your files to any other developer. If you chose Squarespace, you can log in and change it yourself instantly, or still hire us if you prefer a hands-off approach. You are never locked into our agency.

Unlike traditional agencies, you do not need to worry about writing the text. We provide professional content writing fully included in our price for both Static and Squarespace projects. All we need from you is your logo, any high-quality images of your work or team, and a basic overview of what services you offer. We handle all the headlines and descriptions from scratch to ensure your site turns visitors into customers.

We split the investment into two flat 50/50 invoices. The first 50% is a non-refundable kickoff deposit to secure your slot in our queue and initiate the strategic planning and content writing. The remaining 50% is only invoiced after you have reviewed and approved your live preview site (or Squarespace staging site), right before we connect it to your official domain and hand over 100% of the ownership keys.

We don’t believe in forcing you to lock into a final product you haven't seen. After collecting your project details and the 50% kickoff deposit, we build a fully functional preview of your website (either as a live staging site or a Squarespace preview link). You can click around, test the speed, and view it on your phone. If we missed the mark, we will work to adjust it until it’s perfect. The risk-free guarantee means you are never forced to launch or pay the remaining 50% balance unless you are 100% satisfied with the result.

Timeline varies depending on our current project queue, the specific platform framework chosen (Static vs. Squarespace), and how quickly we receive your assets (logo, photos, and any text).

We take privacy and intellectual property seriously. To ensure total peace of mind, we execute a standard Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with every client during onboarding. This legally binding agreement works both ways: it ensures your internal strategies, client lists, and business data remain 100% confidential, while equally protecting Lynxhaven Studios’ proprietary technical setups, frameworks, and the privacy of the team operating the studio.
